Bill”s (pen & ink) illustration is of Landmark Center located in Downtown St. Paul. Originally called the Federal Courts Building this handsome building was beautifully restored In the late 1970’s and is now the heart of St Paul’s cultural district. It is open to the public, and is a popular setting for receptions and ceremonies. The open 5 story skylit courtyard is magnificent. With picturesque Rice Park just across the street and other notable examples of outstanding architecture surrounding it, the artist feels this area is one of the nicest urban locales in the nation.
