Paul Hartquist Jewelers was located on the street level of the Alliance Bank Center, formerly NORWEST Center, in downtown Saint Paul for over twenty years. This spring Paul signed a lease to move up to the skyway level there. He shared with Bill his plans for the space and asked Bill what he thought. After much discussion Bill convinced Paul he knew more about fine jewelry and watches than interior design… Paul let Bill assist him with designing and building out his successful new space. Bill knows however that the space improvements he made are only as successful as they are because of the quality furnishings and fine antiques Paul already had in his possession.
