“The Coney Island Buildings” Pen & Ink – 2002
Constructed in 1858 and 1888 they are the two oldest commercial structures in downtown St. Paul. A few years ago they were in danger of being destroyed in the name of progress. Bill passionately reminded us of what visitors to this city most enjoy about coming here. The architecture! The historic architecture and sense of past that still exists. “These dusty old treasures deserve to shine again” said Bill. They have since been lovingly restored.
