The renovation continues…
Time marches on….and so has the exterior renovation (delayed 3 months, see Projects: May 2003) of the Endicott Arcade on Fifth, Bill’s business address. The photos show progress on the outside renovation work since September. Completion is expected in January. Flower boxes and planters will come this spring.
