Located in the heart of downtown Saint Paul at Cedar and 10th Streets, the Church of St. Louis ‘The Little French Church’ celebrated in the year 2009 its 100th anniversary. This beautiful structure “was the culmination of years of work, prayer and sacrifice on the part of the French Canadian Catholics of Saint Paul”. It is believed the architect, Emmanuel Louis Masqueray, who also designed the Cathedral of Saint Paul which was under construction simultaneously at the time, was particularly fond of this building he called his “little gem”.
